IMPORTANT!!!

I forgot to mention about a week ago, that I was having my tonsils and antenoids taken out.

Well.... I just had the surgery about a half an hour ago. Unfortunately that means I won't be able to post anything after this and for the next week or so. I'm sorry for the inconvience.

I'll let everyone know as soon as I'm better.

If you would like to know how I feel during the week and how the surgery went, you can e-mail me at erfaulkner91@yahoo.com, my sister will be checking them.

Thanks,

GENA SHOWALTER

First off...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Gena Showalter and her books!!! Her Lords of the Underworld series was the first paranormal romance, let alone first romance, books I have ever read.

Lords of the Underworld
I LOVE this series. It's the only books I can read in less than a day. And knowing me, that's an accomplishment. I love these books so much, that her future ones are going to be bought long before I even think about buying another author's books.

I have also read her Atlantis, Alien Huntress, and YA Alien Huntress series.

Atlantis
This series comes in close second to the LoTU series. I love the whole theory about Atlantis and the Gods banishing unwanted creatures there. You also got to feel bad for those creatures too.

Alien Huntress and YA Alien Huntress
Another Gena series I have read. Unforunately, I didn't really like this series as much as the other two. I think it has to do with the fact that the guys aren't as sexy and dangerous. But I still love the girls and their kick-ass personalities. You gotta love a girl who ca hold her own.

Onto the Fabulous Author herself...
Gena Showalter is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of Paranormal Romance, Contemporary Romance, and Young Adult novels from a multitude of publishers. She has appeared in Cosmo and Seventeen magazines, on MTV, and has also been featured on many regional and national news programs.

Gena credits much of her success to her wonderful fans, amazing family, and the three slobbery English bulldogs who sleep under her desk. She is a self proclaimed coffee addict and when she’s not writing she likes to…well, we’re not sure. We’ve never seen her do anything but write.

Again, I LOVE her. She's amazing, talented and beautiful. You can't get any better than that. ;D

The Darkest Prison

I also just read and finished this one as well. I thought that Atlas was a total jerk, especially when he was trying to get Nike to fall in love with him. But eventually I did like him. I hope these two are in future books, that'll really get Cronus ticked off. Hehe ;D

Synopsis:

Once, Atlas, the Titan God of Strength, was Nike’s slave. Now, he is her master! Soon these long-time enemies destined to destroy one another will be forced to risk everything for a chance at love…

The Darkest Fire

I just recently read and finished this book. I thought it was very interesting because I always wondered what happened to the Goddess of Oppression.

Synopsis:

He is the guardian of hell, more monster than man. She is the goddess of oppression, more angel than woman. Together they will enter the flames to battle a dangerous horde of demon lords — and discover a passion unlike any other….
